Ktrue Consulting Co., Ltd. (Ktrue) a top-tier PPP (BOT, TOT) and infrastructure consulting firm was founded in 2003. The areas where the company provides consulting services include construction, water conservancy, hydropower, subway and light rail, electricity, environmental infrastructure, roads and railways, Infrastructure-based mergers, acquisitions and so on. Ktrue is particularly experienced at project consulting in the energy, power and transportation industries.
