At the promotion and implementation of the new PPP mechanism, in April, with strong support from the company, after nearly half a year of preparation, the branches established in Guangdong, Guangxi, Yunnan, and Guizhou have merged to form the "Ktrue Greater Bay Area Headquarters," with the headquarters located in Guangzhou. From April 19th to 22nd, colleagues from the four locations gathered in Guilin to conduct the first team building activity since the establishment of the Greater Bay Area headquarters. All colleagues first participated in the company's unified organization of special training on "current thinking on investment and financing consulting business" and "how to do a good job in franchise project consulting under the new mechanism"; then they had extensive exchanges on the significance of establishing the Greater Bay Area headquarters, business direction, business organizational model, and personal career development. Everyone realized that the establishment of the Greater Bay Area headquarters by the company is not simply merging four departments into one large department, but is an important measure for the company to further build a stage for the talents of the staff to play, continuously optimize the business organizational model, strive to develop consulting business in the south and internationally, and better serve customers from all parties.
