Guangzhou-Foshan-Jiangsu-Zhuhai Intercity Railway is located in the western wing of the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area, the west bank of the Pearl River Estuary, the entire line runs through the four urban centers of Guangzhou, Foshan, Jiangmen and Zhuhai. Jiangmen section of the project is about 40 kilometers, set Heshan East, Binjiang New City, Pengjiang North, Pengjiang, Jianghui, Jiangmen 6 stations, with a total investment of about 24.4 billion yuan.
Guangzhou-Foshan-Jiangsu-Zhuhai Intercity Railway (Jiangmen section) was proposed to be constructed using AIIB loans. Entrusted by Jiangmen Municipal Development and Reform Bureau, Ktrue provided consulting services for the project to secure the AIIB loan, including the preparation of Project Delivery Strategy, Procurement Plan and other foreign documents to be submitted to the AIIB, the preparation of Project Funding Application Report and Financial Management Handbook, review and translation of Loan Agreement, Project Agreement, Project Management Handbook, and other relevant professional reports.
Our consulting work has built a professional communication bridge between the lending bank, local government, project owner, design and construction unit, and is currently assisting the owner to steadily promote the project.
