On November 26, 2021, a signing ceremony was held for the Zhejiang Kaihua Reservoir Project Concession Project in Kaihua County. Kaihua County and the China South-to-North Water Diversion Group Co., Ltd. consortium signed an investment cooperation agreement, taking the lead in the Zhejiang province to explore the implementation of large-scale water conservancy projects.
Ktrue was entrusted by the government implementation agency (Kaihua Reservoir Construction Center) to provide implementation plan preparation service, market testing, agreement and bidding documents preparation, bidding service, and assisting in negotiation for the goverment.
