In order to enhance the awareness of relevant enterprises and institutions on related plans and PPP models in the field of health care and elderly care, and promote social forces to use the PPP model to participate in the elderly care service industry. On June 29, 2021, the Public Welfare Communication Research Center of the School of Government and Public Affairs of Communication University of China held a seminar on PPP policies and practices in the field of health and elderly care in Yixing City.
Xu Liang, an economist of Ktrue, was invited to conduct an in-depth analysis of PPP cases in the health and elderly care sector in Jiangsu Province. He made key interpretations on operation mode selection, contract system, financial affordability demonstration, value for money evaluation, project financing, return mechanism, performance evaluation and management.
